I availed a Personal Loan from your highly reputed bank in the year (enter year). Since sanction, I paid the instalments continuously till (enter date). But after that I failed to pay the instalments as there was a robbery at my house. The robbery cost me a number of valuables, including cash, jewellery, etc. The unexpected incident put me into untold financial hardship.
