Dear Sir,

I have received the goods supplied by you under Challan No.: [insert number], dated [insert date]. However, I regret to inform you that I cannot accept the goods as they are not as per the sample and definitely of sub-standard quality.

Hence, I am returning the goods as it is and request you to please replace these items with goods of standard quality. In case you are not in a position to supply as per the sample at the agreed price, please treat my order as cancelled and arrange to refund the advance.
