Dear Sir,
We had taken a loan of [insert amount] from your reputed bank in the year [insert date/year] in order to accumulate fund for our [insert project name] project. Accordingly, we commenced the project and finished the same on time, however, with a huge loss of [insert amount]. The loss ultimately put our company into liquidation state. Even after having a hard time, we were very resolute to settle your loan and repaid the full principal amount and most of the interest.
