Dear Sir,
Please be advised that the last 03 month’s utility bills have yet not been settled due to the non-receipt of several months’ Maintenance Charges. Moreover, the staff’s salaries are also pending due to the same issue. Regretfully, no remedial initiatives have been taken from your end to this date even after our consecutive reminders.
Since the problem cannot be resolved without your co-operation, we would request you to arrange the due maintenance charges as early as possible. At the same time, we would also like to request you to treat the matter as urgent and important since the concerned authorities may disconnect the respective utility connection at any moment. In the aforementioned instance, we, however, will take no responsibility and the consequences must be handled by you.
In connection with the above matter, please be advised that we will no longer provide maintenance services for your building if the persisting fund crisis is not resolved. In such context, you may form a new Flat Owners’ Association to carry out the necessary maintenance works to your satisfaction.
