PARTNERSHIP DEED OF AGREEMENT

This deed of partnership agreement is made this the 4^th day of August Two Thousand Fourteen of the Christian Era.

BETWEEN

ABC LTD, House # 6/A (1^st Floor), Road # 530, Jatrabari, Dhaka-1204, Bangladesh, represented by its Managing Director MR. MD. Kamal Uddin, S/O Md. Jamal Uddin hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PART.

AND

MR. Abdur Razzak, S/O Mr. Arif Ahmed, House # 66, Gopibagh, Dhaka, Bangladesh hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PART.

We, on behalf of our individual entity, are making Agreement with each other, on the ground that we will be working jointly with different projects in Bangladesh on the Terms and Conditions as set-forth hereinafter:

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions of the Agreement are enumerated as under:

1. That the principal place of business of the Partnership shall be ABC LTD, House # 6/A (1^st Floor), Road # 530, Jatrabari, Dhaka-1204, Bangladesh until otherwise decided jointly in writing.
