Sub: Objection against Rent Increase.
Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to your notice regarding enhancement of house rent. I do understand that you have increased the house rent as per terms and conditions stipulated in the deed of agreement. But I regret to inform you that due to some financial problem right now I won’t be able to pay the house rent at the increased rate.
I have been residing in this apartment since long time and do not wish to shift elsewhere. Therefore, I would highly appreciate if you kindly reconsider the increase so that I can continue my tenancy at the existing rate of house rent.
