My above residential land phone connection went on out of order on 25.02.2016 causing much disruption to day to day communication. Accordingly, I lodged a complaint on 26.02.2016, which was duly noted by your department under fault registration no: TG2016. But regrettably no measures have been taken yet to rectify the fault.
Under the above circumstance, I would request you to look into the matter urgently and take necessary actions to put the said land phone connection to order.
