Keys to Stay Young

How to stay young for a long time is probably the greatest concern for each and every individual these days. The issue is age-old and is highly debatable. Different health specialists suggested different solutions but none of them seems to be satisfactory. But almost all of the solutions repeat the following tips:
  • Try to lead a cheerful and anxiety-free life.
  • Try to be optimistic about your existence in this world.
  • Be confident about every important decision you make in your life.
  • Create a positive self image and be the controller of your own life.
  • Eat less meat, sugar, and salt but eat much vegetables, fruit, and fish.
  • Drink sufficient water (about 8 litres per day).
  • Avoid fried and fatty food.
  • Avoid junk food like burger, pizza, hot dog, etc.
  • Don’t drink fizzy drinks and other artificially colored fruit juices, they slowly damages kidneys and liver.
  • Avoid alcohol, cigarette, and other narcotics.
  • Don't eat stale food.
  • Eat only as much as you need.
  • Exercise regularly to keep your body fit and slender, obesity decreases your lifespan.
  • Practice yoga for half an hour everyday, this ancient exercise is good for your internal organs.
  • Avoid medicines as much as it is possible, but don’t hesitate to take it when it is necessary.
  • Sleep early and rise early.
  • Involve your self with works that you prefer most.
  • Enjoy, but keep yourself aloof from any activity that is considered as illegal and harmful.
These are roughly some of the helpful tips to prolong your youth. Don’t only read and memorize them, rather try to practice them. Though they are not universal standards, but still I can assure you that these tips will bring a huge change in your life by increasing peace, stability, and longevity.
