Dear Sir,
I have been maintaining a FDR with your branch since [insert date of opening e.g.: 01.06.2018], vide its no: [insert FDR number], amount [insert amount, e.g.: Tk. 60,00,000.00]. From the very beginning the tenure of the aforesaid FDR was [insert tenure, e.g.: 3 months]. Previously I had given you instruction [e.g.: twice] to renew it.
