Sub: Irregularity in Auto Transfer of FDR Interest into Savings Account.
Dear Sir,
I have been maintaining an FDR of amounting [insert amount, i.e., Tk. 50,00,000.00] at your reputed bank since long time vide its No: [insert FDR number], opening date [i.e., July 01, 2018]. Accordingly, the said FDR had matured on [insert date, i.e., September 30, 2018]. For your kind information, the aforesaid FDR is auto renewable in every three months.
As per my instruction the FDR interest was supposed to be automatically transferred into my Savings Account after expiration of each maturity period. However, I regret to inform that the FDR interest has not been transferred into my designated account to date.
Under the above circumstance, please look into the matter seriously and make sure that the interest is transferred into my account as earliest as possible. Moreover, henceforth please also make sure that my instruction linked with this FDR is strictly followed.
