Sub: Delay in Handing over Possession of Flat.
Dear Sir,
Being persuaded by your offer we had booked a flat in your [insert project name] project. Accordingly, we also entered into agreement with you on [insert date]. As per clause no. [insert number] of the aforesaid agreement you were bound to handover our flat in all respects by [insert date]. However, we regret to say that you have not been able to handover the subject flat within the stipulated timeframe. Moreover, [insert days, e.g.: 60] additional days have passed from the official date of handover. What bothers us much that we have already made the full payment against flat purchase.
Since you have failed to handover our flat on due time, as per clause [insert number] of the agreement you are entitled to pay us [insert amount, e.g.: USD 10] for each additional days of delay. Above, all please do the needful so that we may take over the vacant possession of our purchased flat as early as possible.
Under the above circumstance, we hope, you would be respectful towards our loyalty and be considerate about our hard-earned money and resolve the matter once and for all.
We look forward to receiving a positive response from your end.
Best regards,
