Dear Sir,
I had been a subscriber to the above referred Credit Card since long time. However, due to irregular bill payment the subject card was automatically suspended. Informatively, I have already settled all outstanding bills and right now I am only entitled to pay a nominal payment on interest.
But unfortunately at present I have an abject financial condition which disables me to settle the dues. Therefore, I would highly appreciate and will remain ever grateful if you kindly waive off the remainder interest
In this connection, I would also request you to issue a Clearance Certificate with proper indication that you have no further claim what-so-ever against the credit card in question.
