Under the above situation, I would request you to look into the matter and ensure that proper arrangements have been made towards minimizing the prevailing air and sound pollution.

While open drains are perhaps to be tolerated for the reason of financial scarcity, there is no reason why open drains be allowed to be used as urinals and latrines. Sweepers do not sweep the streets regularly. Even when sweeping is done the refuge is not removed but allowed to remain in heaps on the roadside. Garbage is not cleared regularly. They breed mosquitoes and flies in addition to creating other health hazards. A little more care on the part of City Corporation authority could improve the situation a lot.

I hope this time you will take my complaint into account and take due measure to resolve longstanding issue.
