Dear Sir,
We subscribed to your security guard service agency vide agreement dated [insert date]. Accordingly, your agency provided us two security guards. However, after two months of contract we have found your guards to be very impolite and careless in duties. We verbally warned them under several occasions to be cautious during duty hours.
