Dear Sir,
You have been occupying the above flat with good reputation since [insert date]. So far we did not receive any objection about you from any corner of the Apartment Owners’ Association. However, recently a serious matter has been brought into our attention by the Owners’ Association. As per their information an outsider driver has been residing in the Driver’s Accommodation quarter, who is allegedly been allowed to stay there by the consent of your driver.
